Fresh Start Moving Services, a local moving company is excited to announce that we are looking for a Driver/Crew Leader/Packer and Movers for the South Jersey and surrounding areas. Team members will have an opportunity to help grow our new company into one of the areas most reputable moving companies.

Because we are a new company, you must understand and be willing to work an average of 15 to 30 hours per week currently with possibility of up to 40 hours and beyond during busy periods and as we grow. Weekends/end of the month is a must!Â
Ideal candidate for a Driver/Crew Leader/Packer position should possess:
Valid driver’s license
Clean Driving Record (No DUI’s on record, No tickets/accidents in last 3 years)
26ft. Truck Driving Experience (No CDL needed)
Having an up to date Medical Card or willing to get one.
Strong leadership skillsÂ
Understand how to explain valuation to customers (Preferred but not required)
21 years or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service skills
Must have experience in moving and storage industry (Packing, Moving, Etc.)
Good Shape, Stamina and able to lift heavy items (100 lbs. or more) safely
Flexible working schedule
Last minute availability
Professional attitude and demeanor
Good communication skills
Ability to work well with others and as a team
Willingness to contribute
Getting to work on time.
Must have own transportation to and from work
Working cell phone
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check

Moving experience is a plus
